The DropSense96 combined with the DropQuant software and/or cDrop analytical software magnifies the potential of UV-Vis spectrophotometry.

We offer now 2 options for the calculation of the concentration of biomolecules

1.DropQuant software: Quantification of DNA and RNA based on A260 nm absorbance (A280 nm for proteins) for conventional concentration determination. Classical ratios (A260/A280, A260/A230) are available.

2. cDrop software: Quantification of biomolecules (DNA, RNA, Proteins, oligos, PCR products) in complex samples is based on a patent-pending content analysis method, using the unique spectral  shape of the sample. This breakthrough approach leads to highly specific and acccurate quantification.
