Introducing a cDrop protocol for direct assessment of product yield in PCR mixes
Using the DropSense96 droplet reader combined with the cDrop content analysis software, the measured UV-Vis spectrum is dissected to determine the spectral contribution of all PCR components thereby performing a specific quantification of the amplicon within the mixture.
This note describes the performance of a first generation cDrop spectral analysis protocol for PCR amplicon quantification.
