The Trinean proprietary cDrop software is an innovative solution for specific quantification of DNA/RNA/Proteins in contaminated samples. This add-on uses high quality spectral measures of the DropSense96 to determine the spectral contribution of contaminants to UV/Vis measurements of targeted molecules. It also allows the determination of contaminants concentration in your samples.
This breakthrough approach combines simplicity of Absorbance measurements with high specificity of Fluorescence measures. The combination of DropSense96 and cDrop software provides a very innovative, accurate and inexpensive alternative to Picogreen for DNA concentration measurements.
